Wellness is Movement

What are your resolution workout goals for 2025, and what’s a good tip for people trying to keep theirs?

“Try not to stress yourself out. Set yourself up for success and having realistic resolutions you can stick to will do that!” - Laura Quinn [Pilates Trainer]

“Make great habits and stick to them—a good tip for trying to keep them is writing them down and checking them off each day.” - Brad Gould [Gym Trainer]

“Having an accountability person is a great way to try and keep you on track. Nominate someone who can encourage and lift you up when it’s feeling all too hard.” - Piera Calabro [Pilates Trainer]

Wellness is Recovery

Do you have any rest day rituals?

“I focus on active recovery like light stretching, foam rolling, and walking. I also prioritize getting quality sleep, drinking plenty of water, and sometimes hitting the sauna.” - Kyle Hoffman [Gym Trainer]

“Sleep is a big component of rest for me. The Alo Magnesium Spray is ideal for achy muscles and if applied to the soles of your feet before bed allows for uninterrupted slumber.” - Piera Calabro [Pilates Trainer]

“My rest day rituals include watching football, sticking on my compression leggings, and cooking some healthy food.” - Brad Gould [Gym Trainer]

Wellness is Mindfulness

How do you set your intentions for the upcoming year?

“I have a yearly ritual with my family where we sit by the fire and write down all of the things we want to get rid of and accomplish for the new year on a piece of paper and then throw it into the fire. We will then all take turns talking about each of our goals and I find that it really helps keep me accountable when I talk about my goals with others.” - Sarah Digiovanni [Gym Trainer]

“I typically set my intentions for the year by writing down my goals and the steps needed to achieve them.” - Stef Armstead [Gym Trainer]

“I try to use the month of January to implement something positive in my life, like journaling, trying a new workout or gym, or making a new friend. I also love to start the year with the intention of breaking a bad habit, attempting dry January, or taking on a closet cleanout. All of this puts me on a good and positive track for the new year.” - Olivia Poling [Pilates Trainer]
