Kundalini yoga teacher Balu is spreading the transformative practice in a really inspiring way... he started offering Kundalini classes at The Center, a nonprofit organization in Hollywood that provides a variety of impactful services to homeless people, and has since seen the profound effect it's had on his students—a true testament to the power of yoga. When we learned that he was teaching Kundalini to these people in need, we knew we had to get our nonprofit Alo Gives involved in supporting his amazing efforts and help bring awareness to this cause by sharing this story.
